Welcome to Muwerid.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the website, your relationship with other users, and your responsibilities as a buyer or supplier. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform immediately.
Muwerid is a business-to-business marketplace that connects buyers with verified suppliers and service providers. We serve only as an online platform. We do not manufacture, store, or ship products, and we do not participate in the financial transactions between buyers and suppliers. All sales, agreements, and negotiations occur directly between the parties involved. Muwerid is not responsible for the quality, legality, accuracy, or performance of any product or service offered by suppliers on the platform.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. Vendors must submit required verification documents such as Commercial Registration (CR), Tax Certificate, and National ID. Muwerid reserves the right to approve or reject vendor registrations at its discretion. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all actions taken under their accounts.
Suppliers listing products on Muwerid must ensure that all information provided—including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images—is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Suppliers acknowledge that they are fully responsible for fulfilling orders, providing customer support, handling complaints, and complying with Saudi laws. Muwerid may remove any listing that is fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, misleading, or violates our policies.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, making inquiries, requesting quotations, and evaluating suppliers before proceeding with any agreement. Muwerid does not guarantee the performance, delivery, or quality of any product or service. Any purchase made is strictly between the buyer and the supplier.
Muwerid may offer features such as contact forms, messaging, supplier verification, and search tools to facilitate communication. However, Muwerid does not participate in negotiations, payments, dispute resolution, warranties, or after-sale support. Users agree to use the platform responsibly and refrain from abusive behavior, false claims, spam, or illegal activity.
All intellectual property on Muwerid—including logos, content, design, and branding—belongs to Muwerid or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any platform content without written consent. Vendors retain the rights to their own product images and descriptions but grant Muwerid permission to display them for promotional or operational purposes.
Muwerid may suspend or terminate any user account that violates our terms, submits false information, uploads prohibited content, or behaves in a way that harms the platform or its users. Muwerid also reserves the right to remove or edit listings at any time.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Muwerid harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from product listings, transactions, negligence, misinformation, regulatory violations, or misuse of the platform. Muwerid is not liable for lost profits, business interruptions, delays, inaccurate listings, or damages resulting from interactions between buyers and suppliers. The platform is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Return & Refund Policy – Muwerid

Muwerid is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers directly with suppliers. Because Muwerid is not part of the transaction and does not handle payments, shipping, or product delivery, we do not provide direct returns or refunds. All return and refund requests must be handled between the buyer and the supplier according to the supplier’s own policies.
Buyers are encouraged to review product details, request clarifications, check specifications, and communicate thoroughly with suppliers before making any purchase. Muwerid strongly advises buyers to request quotations, confirm delivery timelines, and ask for documentation or certifications related to the product.
Each supplier is responsible for establishing their own return, exchange, warranty, and refund policy. These policies must be clearly communicated to buyers upon request. Muwerid requires that suppliers respond to issues in good faith and handle disputes professionally and transparently. Suppliers who repeatedly fail to honor their stated policies may be suspended or removed from the platform.
In cases of damaged goods, incorrect items, non-delivery, or misrepresented products, buyers should contact the supplier directly through the platform’s messaging system. Suppliers must provide evidence supporting their decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of return requests.
Muwerid may intervene only by reviewing communication logs to ensure that supplier behavior does not violate platform rules. Muwerid does not issue refunds, process payments, or compensate users for disputes between buyers and suppliers.
If a supplier refuses to cooperate or if patterns of fraud are detected, Muwerid may take administrative action, such as removing listings, suspending accounts, or notifying authorities if required under Saudi law.
Muwerid encourages both buyers and suppliers to keep all communication on the platform for transparency and traceability. Screenshots, documents, or agreements exchanged privately outside the platform are not the responsibility of Muwerid.
All users acknowledge that Muwerid does not participate in any financial transaction and therefore cannot reverse payments, enforce refunds, or guarantee product returns. Users are responsible for thoroughly checking compliance, product suitability, and supplier credibility before engaging in any commercial agreement.
